Start Your Day Right With This 1 Small Tip

4 Benefits To Drinking Water In The Morning:

I don't know about you, but the first thing I do in the morning (after using el bano) is drink a big glass of water. Often times my water has some BCAA powder in it too, but that's besides the point (if you're curious about this please contact me). This is one of my go to health & wellness tips because it's simple, doesn't take changing your whole life, and packs a big punch.

Re-hydrate: You’ve been 5-8 hours without water, time to re-hydrate. Drinking a glass of water in the morning gets your oxygen levels up and your juices flowing to help you have your best day.  It feeds your brain, your skin, your muscles… it’s science.

Lose weight: Drinking a glass of water starts your day off right! Research has shown that when we’re hungry, more times than not, we are actually thirsty or dehydrated. Drinking a full glass of water makes you feel full and will lessen the chance of over eating the rest of the day.

Wake up your metabolism: Food is not the only way to get your metabolism revved up. Water initiates the same process and helps maintain a healthy weight.

Kick start your day: There is no better way to tell your body and mind that it's time to get into gear. Be mindful of this act. When you drink your glass of water, go ahead and give yourself a mental pat on the back for taking a few moments to do something good for yourself. This sets the stage for a productive and pleasant day and, even though it seems small, it’s a huge step in living your best life! If you can make small changes in life like so, you are much more likely to continue to make healthier and wise choices!
